We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to register for an event.
If you fill out a contact form or submit an application, you may be required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to involve you in the ministry, program, or event you have expressed interest in.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you fill out a contact form or register on our website, we store the personal information you provide in your entry for our records. If you would like to see or edit your personal information, or request it be deleted, email heritage@heritagesc.org and we’d be happy to comply with that request.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
