Fast
Fasting is about setting aside distractions to draw closer to God and is one of the most powerful spiritual disciplines.
There’s a fast for everyone, whether you try the Daniel Fast and cut out meat, sweets, and alcohol, eliminate entertainment with a Media Fast, or just drink liquids in a Complete Fast. Or you can do what’s called a Dummy Fast and abstain from the things that pacify you, whatever it is that you’ve grown dependent on.
Prayer & Worship Nights
Press into the Lord by adding corporate worship and prayer to your personal fast! We’ll be gathering together for prayer and worship in the sanctuary at 7 pm on both Friday, January 10 and Friday, January 17.
End of Fast Celebration
We’re breaking the fast together and celebrating what the Lord has done on Sunday, January 26 at 5 pm in Room 203! Enjoy soup, bread, and fellowship with us! We’ll follow it up with a Leadership Meeting at 6:00 pm to discuss important details and updates for our upcoming year.
