Our elders felt that 2021 would be a year of rebuilding, restoring, and reconciliation, and, on the super practical side, as we rebuild, we’re updating and enhancing our systems. That includes some of the programs we utilize for planning our services, our database, and our church app.
We’ve introduced a new app this year, which we implemented because it allowed for us to streamline a lot of valuable features for you. Now, you can access our directory, listen to sermons, give your tithes and offerings, check-in kids in advance, view our calendar, and get involved in our groups.
1. Download the App
To download our new app, find “Church Center” in your mobile devices’ App Store. Download the app onto your mobile device (you may need your app store password for this).
Once you’ve got the app, search for Heritage and entering our zip code ‘92672’ will get you to our page quickly.
You’ll be prompted to enter your phone number so they can send you a code. Once you receive the code, enter it and you’ll be granted a log-in.
Your personal information is always private until you choose to share it. As you can see from the example, you can decide what you want to share regarding you and your household by checking and unchecking the box next to the info.
The information we have is from our previous church database and if there are any updates that need to be made, please contact Ryann or call the church office at (949) 361-1022.
2. Join the Directory
We’ve all blanked on someone’s name or needed to get in touch with someone in the church. Enter, the directory!
If you’ve been part of our church for at least six months or are in a community group, you’re invited to join the directory. If you would like to join our church directory, let us know and we’ll send you an email invitation.
Once you accept the invitation, click on “Join Directory” and then you’ll be taken to the directory where you’ll be prompted to share your information.
3. Update Your Information
To check or update your information, open the app and click on the person icon at the top right of the screen, next to the notification bell. This is where you’ll find your Account Settings, where you can do the following:
Click on your name at the top to edit your profile by adding your contact details and uploading a photo.
My Giving : View your donation history, modify your payment methods, and make adjustments to recurring donations.
My Directory Settings: This is where you can control what information you want to share with the directory. Check and uncheck next to the detail depending on if you want it public or not. Don’t see this option? Contact us for a directory invite.
My Groups most likely won’t apply to you.
My Services is where you can see upcoming services you are scheduled to serve on if you’re apart of a ministry team.
