Women’s Retreat Information Letter

Hello Retreaters!!

Woo Hoo!!  We’ll be heading up the mountain to Palomar Christian Conference Center this weekend!  I’m so glad that you are one of the 60 ladies joining us at our Heritage Women’s Retreat 2017,  Hope Has a Name.  You have each been prayed for by name and we know that the Lord has something special and amazing just for YOU at this retreat!

Attached you will find:

  1. A PCCC map;

  2. A General Release Form to be filled out and turned in at registration;

  3. A Women’s Retreat Schedule;

  4. A Women’s Retreat Weekend Activities list; and

  5. Palomar Camper Info

In addition to the things Palomar lists for you to bring, please remember to ALSO bring:

Bedding and towel if you’re staying in Palomar Lodge (you have been contacted if you are);

Yoga mat or beach towel if you’d like to participate in our Yoga on the Grass on Saturday morning;

Money for optional activities (see list), snacks or coffee at the coffee shop;

Cute Pajamas for our meeting on Friday night (this is optional, of course!)

NOTE:  We will be going directly from our meeting to have S’mores by the campfire, so be sure to wear your “ugg” boots or sneakers and bring a jacket!

Carpool, Anyone?  If you have some extra room in your car OR if you would like to participate in a carpool (parking is tight at Palomar), please either organize it privately, or contact our Carpool Organizer, Sophia Ross at sophia.ross@cox.net

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to email me!

On behalf of our amazing retreat team, I want to let you know how blessed we are to have you along on our Women’s Retreat–you’ll be so glad you came!

Happy Trails,

Traci Gales  (Hey, that rhymes!!)

P.S. The Palomar packing list says to bring closed toed shoes and cold weather clothing–it’s supposed to be a warm weekend, so bring sandals and shorts and let’s be super cute rebels!
