Sunday Services

What to Expect

First, we pray & prepare.

At 9:15 am, before the service actually begins, those who want to are welcome to join our prayer meeting. These are times where we dedicate the service to the Lord, seek his will for our meeting, trust for Scriptures and prophetic words, and intercede for both the people who will be leading us and joining us.

Our service starts at 10:00 am

We often begin by singing worship songs together and we make space for the Holy Spirit to move. These means that people may share prophetic words and prayers that the leaders believe God is releasing. It is one of our values to prioritize his presence over performance, so things might not always go according to plan, but our ideas are Plan B! Whatever God wants to do is Plan A.

We will then usually go over announcements and updates in the life of our church family before we get into the message. Our sermons are Scripture-based and focused on pointing to the way of Jesus. There is usually an opportunity to respond after a message, and you can always come forward to receive prayer.

Altogether, our services are usually about an hour and a half.

We partake in communion together, usually on the first Sunday of the month, as a way of honoring the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross.

Let’s Meet

Feel free to hang in the lounge after the service, grab a coffee, and make some new friends!

On the first Sunday of the month, those who are new or looking to get connected are invited to get to know some of our leaders and find out how to take the next step! Join us for coffee and pastries in our cozy lounge in Room 100, we can’t wait to meet you!

If you’d like more information, to ask a question, or just to connect, get in touch with us!

Kids & Youth

Infants & Toddlers

Parents of infants are welcome to watch the service upstairs from Room 200 if they want to stay with their children. There is a private section for breastfeeding mothers.

Childcare for children ages 5 and under is available for the entire service, so feel free to drop them off before worship.

Preschool

Our primary aim is for children to learn the Bible— that it’s true, real, and full of principles to guide our lives by— and to be introduced to the Holy Spirit. We want kids to be able to recall and retell what they hear, so come alongside us and reenforce it by asking them about what they learned.

Along with getting to know the Bible, our preschoolers have plenty of opportunity to have fun, make friends, and play! We pull in crafts, activities, games, songs, and videos to engage the kids in the story and help deepen their understanding of the themes.

K-5th Grade

We want to emphasize the value and importance of worship and of worshipping as a family, so kids in K-5th grade join us in singing songs, before being dismissed to their classrooms!

Our primary aim is for kids to learn the Bible— that it’s true, real, and full of principles to guide our lives by— and to be introduced to the Holy Spirit. We encourage kids to ask the Holy Spirit to speak to them and guide them. The hope is that kids are able to recall and retell what they hear, so come alongside us by asking them about what they learned!

Along with getting to know the Bible, our elementary students have plenty of opportunity to have fun and play. We usually use a combination of crafts, activities, games, songs, and videos to engage them in the story and help deepen their understanding of the themes.

6th-12th Grade

Students from 6th-12th grade are invited to join us in the service on Sunday mornings and many of our youth are utilizing their gifts and serving in our various ministries. Our students have fellowship and fun every Wednesday at 7:00 pm at youth group!
